Applicant seek two findings and two special permits relative to proposed expansion to a structure on a nonconforming lot. Property is located at 8 Old Farm Road and is situated in the Rural 2 Zoning District within the Surface Water Protection District.

Applicant described plans for a 28 X 16 two story addition. The upper level plans are for a Master Bedroom Suite. The suite will consist of bedroom, bathroom and sitting room. A pantry will be added to the kitchen off the breakfast area. The proposed addition on the lower level will become a family room.
The Board requested an updated plot plan.
The existing structure is 1950 sq. ft. and proposed structure is 900 sq. ft.
The three bedroom house with half bathroom in basement will remain the same.
